The more I realize that independence was a smart, maybe actually inspired, decision. BYU is not in a P5 conference and we all would have liked that but I can't help but feel like Indy might have a "word of wisdom effect" (where it seemed dumb at the time but as events unfold and develop it turns out to actually be a pretty smart choice). I think BYU is in a precarious spot but I think things might actually work out pretty well in BYU's favor. Almost all bubbles were made to burst.
