I own a sports league and we currently have 1200 kids. A major issue I run into every season is dealing with parents who can't make the time and day that their team sets up for practices. They call in to change teams, but with all rosters full, I would have to ask parents of other teams to move to the team the parent is moving from.

In your experience with youth sports, how did the league your children played in handle situations like that. It's a logistical nightmare for me every season.
