I just miss the high school days when betos was used as currency.
If you lost a bet the $3.50 burrito was more than reasonable. Now, if you owe someone betos you might as well go to a sit down restaurant because a burrito is over $7 after tax, and horchata is another $2.

I don't know if they just got greedy or if they were forced to pay their employees or something. Most locations aren't open 24/7 anymore because they got robbed or something.

I still love it though and there is a special place in my stomach for Betos.
