There's no question that BYU's overall schedule has seen upgrades since they went independent. But at the same time, a lot of those games are being played out of state (take BYU's scheduling arrangement with UofA for example). If I was BYU, I would be pushing really, really hard to get the full buyout or a single game in Provo. Neutral site in Vegas kind of seems like a cop out to me.
