CC would like everyone to know that it shouldn't be legal for T-Mobile to sell
a device that gives unfettered internet access, in addition to phone and photo capabilities, to a minor. At the very least, parents should have to give their consent.

There are many examples that you can reference where restrictions are placed on a minor's activities. You keep comparing bricks to spiders (I don't have any clue what he is talking about, but that is definitely what he intended to say) and that needs to stop. A 16 year old cannot buy E cigarettes, drive (technically this is actually wrong), have a concealed carry permit, etc... There are reasons for these things and they align with the reasons that they shouldn't be able to own their own cell phone with internet access and other smart phone features.
