Never too far from a bedroom, lots of entertainment on the ship, never too far from the bedroom, didn't have to think about food, new ahead of time costs.

I didn't have to plan anything. Cruises have there downsides of course but overall for the price it was a good deal and simplified the planning.

I wouldn't worry about location either, save it for the anniversary like others have said. If not a cruise I would go someplace close by. Find a cabin or lake, or something with a short flight of 2 to 3 hours.

But I guess it depends on your interests.
