Not inclined to go further on genpop. Probably doesn't matter much anyway. Man at the top is everything. Have never seen
a management problem solved by building around the senior leader.
The good and bad, and it's been mostly good over 12 years, is predominantly on Dave Rose, and a little on Tom Holmoe.
No assistant is going to change much.
The next big change for BYU's basketball future will likely turn with Dave Rose's successor; by most educated guessing, that will be 3 years hence.
p.s. no serious reservations on Schroyer. i don't know anything about him that is not public.

Won't be Cummard. Schroyer is the favorite. Wouldn't hate it if someone disrupts that, depending on the alternative.
