Lots of stuff is on the books. I've seen it maybe 10 times in my law practice and it's never been a sex offense in the
cases I've seen. I could see it as sort of a bargaining chip or if there are certain circumstances (i.e. Outside someone's window or peeing in someone's drink or something)
