He was successful at BYUH before they discontinued their sports program, and has had success recruiting domestically and internationally, and he understands BYU. I think he is currently coaching the Taiwanese national team. It would be an interesting interpersonal dynamic between him and Rose because Rose was his assistant when Wagner was the head coach at Dixie. I don't know how much his current salary would compare to what BYU would be willing to pay.
