We have been looking on and off for four years. A few homes we loved but I couldn't bring myself to make an offer for one reason or another. This one checks a lot of boxes, keeps us in our ward and current school feeder pattern. Extra bedroom and a huge, tree covered yard. The shade will be so nice to have.

We have our fingers crossed it will be accepted. Our savings have been decimated the last few years with some medical issues but we've managed to scrape together enough to make this happen. Offer is only 1.75x income so we aren't making a huge stretch or anything. Still some hurdles but we are optimistic.
