Bolles was a four or five star, but I bet the other Utes drafted were three star recruits or lower. Utah has NEVER had a top 20 recruiting rating for a signing class. That's the type of thing coaches can tell recruits (and parents of recruits) when they get in their living rooms: come to Utah and in four years there is a good chance you'll get drafted.
