I think if the coaching staff are able to turn up the year over year progression then it's possible that a lot of those guys will get drafted. The weird thing about the last 10 years is that so many players have seemed to plateau and never reach the kind of prowess that gets them into the NFL. I think the raw material is there, but maybe the academic requirements or something are so high that making the time commitment necessary to achieve a NFL career is just too much. Throw the the demands of church service and being married....
