The week 3 slate is pretty week, actually.
BYU upsetting LSU is a huge long shot, but if they make it, there aren't tons of games to compete against.
These look like the best options. One other downside is I think they set the first three weeks of gameday before the season starts. Maybe it's just the first two, but they might not be waiting for find out if BYU pulls off a miracle before scheduling week 3.
Texas at USC
Baylor at Duke
Notre Dame at Boston College
Oklahoma St. at Pittsburgh
Miami (FL) at Florida St.
Clemson at Louisville
UCLA at Memphis
Ole Miss at California
Tennessee at Florida
