He's "committed" but open to recruitment and seeing what everyone has to offer. I guess you could call it either or... not committed and looking around, with BYU still a favorite, or committed to BYU but open to others recruiting him.

But this isn't the first time he has posted like this. I don't think he ever actually "decommitted." I just think the way he's going about it publicly is strange. But he hasn't gone all Latu. It has long seemed like he's committed to BYU, but still wanting to take his visits and be recruited. He's BYU's until he isn't, but hasn't shut it down. Teenagers.
