I agree you don't want to throw much at the guy, but what that translates into is a slow development that may take a couple of years before he is able to effectively leverage his natural size on the football field. I hope he picks it up and just dominates, but he has a long way to go to get to that level and it will require a strong will and discipline to keep at it until he gets there.
