the subscription sites. I'm a school teacher (code for poor) and I love the cougs, so I wanted to make more info available to everyone instead of keeping the best stuff behind a firewall. In retrospect the title of my blog is horrible on all fronts... it has "BYU" in it, which gives BYU the option of sending me a cease and desist. And it has "insider" even though there is no insider info (more about that in the about section:
http://byuinsider.com/about/).
So why haven't I changed the name? As one of your "not decent" BYU fan blogs I enjoying writing about the Cougs. I enjoyed chatting with Dinklemann yesterday (and all the other new commits) getting the "inside" scoop on recruitment, and I've enjoyed writing for the Deseret News (a door that opened b/c of my contributions on my little blog). I've donate thousands of hours to writing about the Cougs and I feel it's a healthy diversion (comparable to chatting it up on CB). Oh, and I'm coming up on 1 million page views so even though you don't like my blog apparently someone is reading (geez, that sounded really defensive). Sorry you don't find any value in what others take a lot of time to put together.
