Anae had experience with OL and TE, not WR. Grimes was already OL and a good one
at that. Empey was just kind of squeezed out. Would he have been more of an asset than Reynolds?
You basically have four assistants on each side of the ball. Grimes and Reynolds were holdovers. Anae was new. One spot left for Empey. The spot that didn't really have coaching experience covered was WR.
