I would think a scholarship with stipend would be close to 60K value even at BYU
he can't exactly put it in the bank, but he will likely have to finish a degree at some point in the future, so it seems more like a wash to me if that is where he ends up, not to mention the opportunity cost of not waiting for the '18 NBA draft.
