Yet MJ never beat a team as good as the 2016 Warriors.

Prove it! You can't. This is why this is the dumbest argument
GeauxCougs
5/27/17 11:12am
That team had the best record ever. Is that not proof?
dYrtbYkerYder
5/27/17 11:23am
No it's not proof

If Lebron would have played when Jordan played he would have been Karl Malone
GeauxCougs

My favorite point there is that he beat a bunch of players on teams with no

This was the only point I didn't agree with him on

5/27/17 10:15am
Okay, but point 1 is kinda underwhelming as well. Jordan wouldn't be able to
Disco LaFleur
5/27/17 10:31am
yeah, if that's a point he was making, its a terrible point

That argument is entirely uninformed. Jordan dominated elite defenses

Huh?

5/27/17 10:50am
Exactly.
WJCougar

My "huh" was in response to not knowing what "they" referred to.
benny1982
5/27/17 10:52am
And he would have spent more time developing his 3 point shot if he played today
GeauxCougs
5/27/17 11:14am
I think the point there is more along the lines of
2018grad

Which basically means his point means nothing.

No, he's attacking the assertion that some people make that Jordan would
benny1982

Let me expand...his point means nothing in the context of Jordan't 6-0 record
Disco LaFleur
5/27/17 10:50am
Gotcha. I agree.
benny1982
5/27/17 10:51am
His point isn't that MJ wouldn't do well in today's league.

In a league where James Harden has free rein and shoots double digit free
Disco LaFleur
5/27/17 10:45am
Exactly! If harden could score 30 a game Jordan could do the same easily.
GeauxCougs
5/27/17 11:11am
Why?
-C9-
5/27/17 11:38am
If you think harden is anywhere near the player Jordan was there is no

You never answered my question.
-C9-
5/28/17 9:42am
Well, one reason why is he shot more at a higher percentage. While that alone
Disco LaFleur
5/28/17 10:58am
Still doesn't answer my question. We don't base greatness on points alone.
-C9-
5/28/17 11:23am
I misunderstand your question then. I thought you were asking why Jordan would

1991 championship was over the Lakers.

and he beat the back to back champs in the ECF that year
cougarstolz
5/27/17 11:27am
