If the EPA thinks the new designs are to stop/reduce fuel leaks and
Spills, they are sorely mistaken and the exact opposite is happening.
If I wasn't so frustrated with trying to use them, it would be funny.
I've got about 4 old style spouts left and I keep transferring them from can to can.
