Not a Utah thing..trampolines are probably just more common in Utah
due to the number of children. I was born and raised in California and we called it a tramp all the time. We were kids, nobody cared about the "double meaning". Tramp isn't a strong/vulgar word anyway, so it still doesn't bother me to this day.

Are these words included in your pet peeves too?:
Hoe (gardening tool)
Dick's Sporting Goods (esp. when referring shortening the name of the store to Dicks..."I'm going shopping at Dick's".)
Uranus
Hooker (Rugby position)

etc, etc.
