Guy came buy (an hour late from his 3 hr window) and said the compressor is shot, at least $800 repair and to throw it away, not worth it. It was a $1500 fridge we got on some great sale for $1000. The compressor "kit" online is like $200, so is it $600 in labor? Seems a little odd to me. Maybe he is just so busy, he doesn't want to deal with it?
