I think KD would have run away with the MVP award this year if he were healthy
Having said that---LeBron is still a much better overall player.
The biggest reason I think KD is better now is because he is a much better defensive player than he was 4-5 yrs ago.

OKC had 3 top 5-10 NBA players in their prime years. Check out what Harden did in his first year with Rockets.
