Yes. But I don't live there. Phoenix is awful. As stated I'm a life long
resident of SLC. I don't need to feel good about SLC just because Phoenix and LA suck worse. SLC was once a very nice place to live, but maybe a decade ago it rapidly began to change. I'm looking to move to a less populated area, not feel good about SLC just because Phoenix will join LA as a mega city and be the 4th biggest city in America by 2020. That makes no sense.
