The previous staff NEEDED the PR of a show like that. Fans needed to see those guys joking around in their position rooms and acting like normal people because the "official" interaction of that staff with the fans/media was not natural. Bronco did not trust the media at all (maybe rightfully so in some cases) and an insider show that he could have editing say in was necessary.

Conversely, this staff if so accessible to the fans (with and without media intervention) that a show like that is not really necessary. We get a lot more "insider" type of discussion from the normal interviews / press conferences and such.
