a property management company can be really good or the same company can be really bad. We had Real Property Management handling our properties before we sold them. At first, they were fantastic. The same lady was the manager for both houses and we couldn't have been happier.

Then, she got recruited and moved out of state, and Real Property assigned a different manager. . . .who was awful. Eventually, and after lots of pain, we got them to assign a different manager to our properties, and it was pretty good until we sold them. But there was LOTS of variance in how satisfied we were, even though we were with the same property management company the whole time.
