I think the difference is that we do not try to deny that they are our rival and
that we as fans want to win that game more than any other game. They want to act like Oregon State is a more important game for them.
It would be the like BYU getting into the BIG12 and we would now act like Kansas was a bigger and more important game.
Of course we are obsessed with Utah, they are our rival and our whole fan base wants to beat them. For some reason they like to act that we are not a rival and they are not obsessed with us and have moved on.
