My SIL made me so mad while watching this one
So, Life is Beautiful has been one of my favorite movies for years and years. A while back, we were visiting my in-laws house and we decided to watch this movie. Most of us were really excited because we all love it so much. My SIL had never seen it though.
So we're watching the movie, and pretty much everybody is crying at some point. As it's ending, most of us are in warm fuzzies mode because of the happy part at the end. But my SIL just kind of rolls her eyes and sharply says, "That's not even realistic." Then she just walks off, with a kind of annoyed body language like, "What a waste of time that was." I think the rest of us were all kind of shocked by that, it was this weird contrast of ice cold criticism right up against warm fuzzies.
Way to be a killjoy, SIL.
