I've been to Italy twice and they definitely use sauce on their pizzas and it's
delicious. They don't just drizzle olive oil on a cracker. I'm not sure who hungry Howie is but he's dumb and wrong.
It's true they don't throw on a pound of meat or use thick, greasy crust though. They use high quality interesting ingredients that just taste better.
