BYU doesn't have a monopoly on royal blue or white.
Wearing a shirt with a BYU logo says you're a BYU fan, not the color. But for the million+ viewers watching on TV, it looks best when all BYU fans are wearing the same color, cause you can't really make out the logos on TV. So, I just make sure I have royal blue, navy blue, white, and black shirts that all have BYU logos on them.

the issue for road whites for me is that white doesn't say "I'm a BYU fan" as much as royal does. If someone flips on
