Would a higher speed limit would lead to a higher level of driving skill?
Does Germany have better drivers because of the system or because they are Germans?
If the limit were 95 MPH, a person couldn't camp in the left lane at 70 MPH and feel smug about it. They would feel like an idiot, as they should now.
