1. So oblivious of others that they can't be bothered to notice how their actions affect other drivers. This is 99% or more of those who camp in the left lane.

2. Self righteous enough to think they're doing a public service by keeping everyone at the speed limit. Never met anyone who actually thinks this, but it wouldn't surprised me at all.
