I have both and the No Toe Strap is better. Unless you need
the stability of a toe strap from strenuous activities, and totally want to look like a hippy, go with the toe strap.
The single best thing to do with Chaco's is get the right size. The foot bed and arch will be completely uncomfortable if you get a size too large.
