Returning TE out produced both the returning WR and RB last year
Those lining up at TE this year combined for 48 catches, 511 yards, and 5 TDs last season.

Those lining up at WR this year combined for 42 catches, 415 yards, and 1 TD last season.

Last year Canada averaged 4.3 ypc. Only one #2 RB in the past 9 years has averaged fewer yards per carry. That stat really doesn't matter much to me since Hall got the easy carries against SUU and Umass that usually pad a backup's stats, but what worried me is that during the spring:
1) Canada couldn't break away from the other RBs which considered mostly of freshman, walkons, and defensive switch overs.

2) In the Spring Matt Hadley, the projected starter at safety, was moved over to the offensive side of the ball. You don't move your starting Safety over to RB unless there is a problem or at least questions.

3) In the Spring Canada cross trained at full back. Canada is listed at 205 lbs.

Put those together and it looks to me like the coaches don't have a ton of confidence is Squally. I think he will be decent, but he has yet to give me any reason to expect more.

Please note that terms like "Good" are compared to all other FBS teams and players. There were 128 FBS teams last year. The #64 rusher last year averaged 83.6 yards per game. That is 1170.4 yards in a 14 game season. Do you really think Canada can put up or better those kind of numbers?
