Agree. It's a good strategic move by them.
He becomes the most talented and experienced WR on their roster. He only had one year of eligibility left; if he screws up again, it won't hurt them.
But more importantly, it removes the possibility of him joining another PAC 12 team. Without him at Oregon, last year, its probable UU wins that game.
