I get it that some bench warmers may be bitter and bash other starters. But Brady has to understand that every player has certain strong points and weak points. If Luke happen to be a guy that wasn't super vocal, why rip on him for that, that is something that is more of a personality trait vs something to be super critical of. Why rip on someone who is a edge runner vs someone who runs up the middle and takes hits. Is this indirectly saying that Luke is a "wuss"? whats the point here? If he is an edge runner, isn't that where we want him to run and have success and ultimately win more games for BYU? Why do something that you aren't as good at (just to prove how "tough" you are) than do something that you are really good at (run up the middle vs outside, avoiding contact)?

This just speaks of jealousy and resentment. If Brady really is the "team player" that he acts like he is, why be so critical? Thats not accomplishing anything! Brady should be above that and it is surprising that another "BYU Great" would even bother. Would we ever see Steve Young rip on a former really good BYU defensive player?
