while they rebuild? If a tornado hits a business in Oklahoma and the business is unable to function then you're suggesting they should continue to pay employees? Should employers in New Orleans be paying for Katrina from a decade ago?
I'm curious where you draw the line from it being a "lousy job" to where it is ok not to pay employers if the business cant function?
In our case employees get sick time, and they get vacation time, paid holidays, etc, I'd say its pretty far from a lousy job. But hey, thats why I asked the question was to get opinions.
