Go to Lake Conroe, which is a little bit of a hike, but you won't find a problem
with renting boats or jet skis.
Another option is to take a guided fishing trip from the Kemah area or out of Galveston.
There really isn't a lake anywhere close to the stadium that I'm aware of after living there for 12 years.

I would think many parking lots are lakes after a good storm
