WR Mack Richards

Anyone know what the deal is with scholarship WR Mack Richards (who transferred from Hawaii)? Maybe he's going to be added when the roster expands but seems odd that he would be bumped for Walk-on WR's Pau'u, Bolli, Shumway and Jones for Fall camp. Is he injured?
