a grappling art with chokes and joint pressure. Juijitsu actually means the "gentle art" because there is no punching or kicking. Your opponent or you can submit with no actual damage. Anyone who has taken juijutsu for "a year or two" would know this. I believe Tuiaki and Sitake are MMA fans, but I would guess they are teaching good old fashioned hand fighting. Or wax on, wax off. Probably not Aikido.
