Top adventure someone else mentioned, took a catamaran around the island which included a trip to a waterfall and some sulfur springs and some great views, and did the fish fry mentioned above, which was great because we were literally the only tourists there. We went in early July and it felt like we had the entire island to ourselves. It was a great vacation.
