We see kids like KVN and JW have struggles but remain loyal and we as fans LOVE that. We love it because we have invested emotion and loyalty to THEM as players, and want it reciprocated through loyalty to us as fans and supporters. When someone believes the grass is greener somewhere else for whatever reason, it hurts us because we see it as a slap in the face to the loyalty and support we gave to that player; Not that we don't like the person anymore, but it just is frustrating and disappointing - no matter the reason for which someone chooses to leave.

I fully support the student's right to move schools and do what he and his family feel is best; but that doesn't mean it doesn't hurt a little bit on the inside.
