A new FIRE TV app is only a few days away

We are aware of the issues with FireTV and Chromecast. The Chromecast issues should be resolved. And a new FireTV app is only a few days away. It's a way better app than the current v1 app. You'll really like it.

BYUtv NEVER works on FireTV for me. I have tried reinstalling it multiple times

It works fine on Fire Stick for me. Never works on my Roku.
