It seems like the Chili's, Applebee's, and Olive Gardens of the world rely on
consistency and diverse menus more than anything else. They are restaurants for large groups with somewhat picky eaters and a cheaper budget. They are also the safe option for the less adventurous that like to know exactly what to expect.
