He called up a friend of mine (girl), who he was also good friends with, and said, "hey do you want to get together tonight ... and kiss or something?" She said she went off on him saying, "Mark you can't just call up a girl and ask if she wants to kiss! At the very least you have to take her to get something to eat and then get a video and then if things lead up to kissing then great, but you can't just go straight for lip." She said he said, "oh. okay, I'll talk to you later," and hung up. A few minutes later he called her back and said, "Hey Rachel do you want to get a video tonight?"

Awesome. He had my respect from that moment on, regardless of what he did on the court.
