But that's not possible since we know the telestial kingdom is for the murderers and those that refused to accept Christ and suffered his punishment, which will eventually end. Joseph also described the telestial world as better than this one. So, no eternal fire and brimstone.
Our closest version of Hell is outer darkness and that is limited to those that "crucified Christ again in their hearts," which requires knowledge of Christ's existence and divinity. And how many can actually make that claim?
