Could be. I want to believe that. But I've seen the offense stall too many times
with Detmer or Hoge running them in practice. If Mangum looks markedly better in practice, and has looked this bad in games, it could, in fact, be even worse with one of them at the helm in a game setting. But I think the change up, coinciding with the emergence of a healthier Tolutau could inject some life like you said. That's what I'm hoping for.
