This team is no where near the worst Utah team in a decade. The last three years recruiting classes have been better than our average over the last ten years. We finally have a qb that can throw for 300 yards a game, for the first time in 9 years, and the best WR option we have had in years.
This year's DL is very good and our LBs have improved from last year. Chase Hansen is an NFL prospect at safety and the young CBs are playing very well.
I'm not pretending like this Utah team is a top 10 team this year and that they would beat BYU 10 out of 10 times, but they are a good team. Take off the blinders and make realisitic statements.
I think Kilani is a good coach and will get the ship going back in the right direction. The wins will start coming back in and next year it is going to be another good battle. Utah has been in a lot of games when BYU was the better team that year, and even won a few, just like BYU was in this years game and Utah is the better team. This year.
