If they do I don't think it will be because of this
The market has known about this for months (and rates on the long end have decreased). Perhaps there might still be a few market jitters but I think it's a non-event.

If the 10-year rate rises it'll be because of other factors. I think it's range bound and we'll see a flattening yield curve as the fed continues to raise rates.
