I actually think the schedule could potentially be fairly exciting and good preparation for conference play. No, there's no perennial top 25 teams, but there appears to be 6 games that should be very competitive.
1. @ Princeton (Nov 15): 23-7 last season, barely lost to ND in NCAA tourney
2. UT Arlington (Nov 18): 27-9 last season, ranked at one point last season, smacked us in the NIT
3. Alabama (Nov 24 - neutral site): 19-15 last season, may be a good showcase game due to being in the Barclays Classic
4. UMASS (Nov 25 - neutral site): 15-18 last season, borderline quality game - typically a competitive team
5. Illinois St. (Dec 6): 28-7 last season, likely NCAA tourney team with Wich St. moving to AAC
6. Utah (Dec 16): Need to win this...
Hoping for a fun season, especially considering the current football season.
